Hello

my name is

shana

I am a wife and also a mom of 2 + 1 dog! I taught elementary school for 8 years, during that time I was an avid gym-goer and acquired Vinyasa Yoga Certification. After having my 2 babies I hired coaches to help me get back on track with my goals and health and I saw the power and reach of helping people that online coaching can have. Even though I KNEW what to do, I was so overwhelmed with all of the decisions a new mom had to make that it was a relief to have someone else assess my situation, tell me what to do, and to have the added support.


Then, I decided to further my education in fitness ​& nutrition and became an NASM Certified ​Personal Training (CPT) as well as an NASM ​Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) and acquired a ​Women’s Physique certificate from J3U. I am ​hoping to take coaching one step further and ​actively TEACH clients the WHY behind what I am ​suggesting they do and how it aligns with their ​goals and values to form better health- related ​habits.

In addition to the NASM certs, I decided to put ​my mind and body through one of my biggest ​fitness related challenges and accomplishments ​yet and stepped foot on the NPC stage as a Bikini ​Competitor and I have plans to compete again!
